This Portion Control Plate comes in two sizes, 8" (20cm) for a child or 10" (26cm) for an adult. The plate is underglaze painted and fired at over 1000 degrees so the picture will never fade or scratch off making them COMPLETELY FOOD SAFE unlike some of the pen drawn ones which are NOT food safe. The plate shows three portion compartments to aid portion control and promote healthy eating.
