This gorgeous shabby chic plaque is 20cm x 15cm (8" x 6") made from wood with a lovely new baby design and is personalised with the photo of your choice.
Gently sanded back around the edges for a contemporary chic feel. The plaque hangs from jute twine with a co-ordinating ribbon.
It reads "Ten little fingers, ten little toes...Two beautiful eyes and one button nose"
You can choose the colour of the polka dot background from Pink, Blue, Beige, Grey, Yellow or Green.
